Frequently asked questions
- How often do deals come?
- As soon as we have them. We do not promise a frequency – we promise that you see every deal, and nobody else does. Off-market properties are rare; that is exactly why they are worth it.
- Do you broker the properties?
- No. You receive access to information and direct contact. Purchase, advice and contract run with the developer, seller, notary and your own advisers. Membership is neither investment advice nor real-estate brokerage.
- What is Capital?
- The tier for investors, family offices and developers with tickets from €5m: resorts, hotel projects, zoned land, portfolios, capital requests. You confirm an NDA before every brochure. Capital includes everything in Off Market.
- What does launch price mean?
- Anyone who joins by 5 October 2026, 23:59 CET pays €19 per month (or €169 per year) – and keeps that price for as long as the membership runs without interruption. From 6 October 2026, new members pay the regular €39 per month.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time at the end of the current billing period – via your account or the cancellation button. Within 14 days of signing up you may also withdraw from the contract.
